Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team in Poland that is building a modern, comprehensive developer platform from the ground up. This system covers the full software lifecycle - including build systems, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability.

In this role, you will focus on designing and implementing integration pipelines, code assembly, and deployment automation, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes and Bazel (Blaze).

Essential functions

Design, build, and maintain robust integration and deployment pipelines for a modern developer platform.

Implement code assembly, build automation, and dependency management using Bazel.

Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized infrastructure.

Automate deployment processes, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management using Ansible, Git, and Bash.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams (Go, C++, TypeScript) to enhance developer tooling and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Solid, hands-on experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestrations.

Familiarity with containerized ecosystems (Docker).

Practical experience with Bazel (Blaze) OR a strong build-system background with the ability and willingness to quickly learn Bazel on the project.

Proficiency in infrastructure automation and scripting using Ansible, Bash, and Git.

Understanding of modern CI/CD practices and software deployment lifecycles.

Good communication and teamwork skills in English.

Would be a plus

Exposure to Go or C++ build environments.

Prior experience working on internal developer tools or build platform engineering.
