We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and adoption of enterprise-wide data architecture practices within a highly regulated, research-driven environment. In this role, you will help shape the organization's data strategy, establish scalable information management frameworks, and support the delivery of data-driven initiatives across multiple business functions. You will work closely with both business and technology teams to ensure that data assets are reliable, accessible, and ready to support advanced analytics and emerging AI solutions.

Your tasks

  • Define and evolve enterprise data architecture principles, standards, and governance practices
  • Design scalable data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and operational processes
  • Translate business needs into reusable, high-quality data products and information models

  • RequirementsAt least 8 years of experience in data architecture, data management, analytics, or related areas within a highly regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of modern data architecture concepts, including distributed data platforms and scalable data management approaches
  • Practical experience with cloud-based data environments, data modeling, and SQL
  • Understanding of data governance, reference and master data management, metadata, lineage, and data quality practices
  • Experience supporting research, development, or scientific data domains and working within regulated compliance frameworks
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
