Senior D365 Business Central Solution Developer

The Mission: In this role, you will lead organizations through digital evolution by providing strategic business advisory and deploying cutting-edge MS Dynamics 365 BC environments. Your goal is to oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise management systems, ensuring top-tier implementation quality and driving meaningful transformation for our partners.

What you will bring to the team:

Implementation Background: At least 4 years of hands-on experience deploying D365 BC, specifically within Finance, Manufacturing, or Logistics streams.

Process Mastery: A deep grasp of business workflows combined with the ability to translate functional system features into operational value (a technical understanding of the architecture is a strong plus).

Project Governance: Proficiency in handling complex data migration strategies, along with project estimation, planning, and cost management.

Strategic Consulting: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to advise on system enhancements and customized solutions.

Communication: Fluency in English (B2+ or higher) is essential for seamless collaboration and documentation.

Bonus points for:

Technical depth: Ability to code or understand AL programming.

Multilingualism: Proficiency in German or other European languages.

Academic background: A University degree in a relevant field.
