Senior Customer Service Specialist with German (m/f)

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Manage customer invoicing and financial documentation processes.
• Perform financial reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, credit notes, payments, pricing, and quantities.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve account-related issues.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, including payment matching and dispute resolution.
• Maintain and analyze financial data within ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular reports and support financial reviews and audits.
• Monitor open items and drive timely resolution of outstanding customer issues.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings aimed at improving cash flow and reducing overdue receivables.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and financial controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Nasze wymagania

• Secondary education or higher and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office environment.
• Experience in Navision and other ERP environments is a plus.
• Problem solving.
• Ability to take ownership of specific area of work.
• Good communication skills.
• Cooperation within the team.
• Conscientiousness.

Mile widziane

• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of self-billing processes.
• Experience in accounts receivable, customer deductions, or financial reconciliation activities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
