Senior Category Performance Specialist

The role's purpose is to drive value delivery & operational excellence in Contract Management of Raw and Packaging materials and reduce COGS at European Level and establish Supplier Relationship Management for key categories. Multiple openings are available for this position, with opportunities at Mid and Senior levels. Your responsibilities would include: Leading supplier performance management and security of supply for all HGP contracted Raw and Packaging materials for all OpCo’s in Europe:

Spend p.a.: EUR1.5b Scope: All Packaging and Raw Materials Supporting collaboration with HGP category managers : Challenging and translating Global strategy in preperation for OpCo execution Being a key person in OpCo-Hub-HGP escalations on savings delivery and security of supply Leading at least 1 additional savings project with the scope of above OpCo. Coordinate the actions between involved stakeholders (suppliers, Quality & S& OP HUBs, sometimes OpCo’s MT and/or Marketing).

Delivering the project from design to realization. You are a good match if you have: University Masters Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline, preferred: Procurement, Supply Chain related 3-5 years in Procurement, Supply chain or Finance roles .

Experience in working for a big, international company, preferred: Consumer Goods and Shared Service Centre experience, Experience in Change Management transitions in a multi-cultural environment Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders on a strategic business partner level. Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure the best delivery of the business solutions.
