Senior Back-End Engineer (100% remote; Java+Go)💰 Salary: 5500-7700 USD💻 100% remote🕦 Full-time☑️ B2BWe’re looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer (Java+Go) to join a fast-growing fintech company that builds a digital trading and investment platform.

Requirements:6+ years of professional experience in backend software development.

Strong experience with Java and GoLang. Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as caching systems.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice To have:

Background in fintech, high-frequency systems, or trading platforms.

Understanding of low-latency system optimization.

Experience working with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and microservices using Java and GoLang.

Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and data pipelines.

Contribute to architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and support continuous process improvements.

Lead and mentor junior developers, sharing expertise to maintain high-quality standards.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.

Improve system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability through optimization and best practices.

Stay current with emerging backend technologies, tools, and best practices.
