Role Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at Insider, you will: * Be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is building, leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch. * Build a product and strategy that reflects Insider’s vision and clearly articulate the business value to the product team. * Define the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market. * Manage and prioritize product items, owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. * Continuously benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies. * Define and analyze metrics to calculate feature/product performance and customer satisfaction, providing suggestions for improvements.

Requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule.
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.).
• Experience working with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
• Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms.
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, listening skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
