Sap Lead

Location: Poland (Remote) - Candidates must be located in Poland

Start Date: 1 - 3 months SAP HCM LeadWe are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Lead to join our team and play a key role in building and leading a new SAP HCM team while driving HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing SAP HCM team.

Manage SAP HCM support, implementation, and enhancement projects.

Lead Workday implementation and integration activities.

Drive SAP ECC to Cloud migration initiatives.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP HCM issues.

Deliver end-user training and support business stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Over 8 years in SAP HR/HCM Area (experience as a SAP Lead or Lead Consultant required)

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM, including:

Personnel Administration (PA)

Organizational Management (OM)

Payroll (PY)

Time Management (TM)

Proven experience leading SAP HCM projects and teams.

Experience with HR system integrations and cloud transformation projects.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent English.
