We are seeking a passionate Solution Architect ready to challenge SAP Best Practices and lead transformational initiatives with our clients. You’ll work with cutting-edge SAP technologies such as BTP, extensibility options, and Cloud ALM to drive innovation and optimize SAP S/4HANA processes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients as a trusted sparring partner, helping them streamline custom code and embrace SAP’s modern stack. Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation activities, including custom code and business process inventories, to establish transformation groundwork
  • Build and empower cross-functional teams comprising business and IT representatives
  • Manage system cloning, sandbox preparation, and scope selection for iterative analysis
  • Conduct custom code extraction, analysis, and deactivation to reduce waste and improve system efficiency
  • Facilitate upskilling initiatives aligned with SAP Best Practices in order to optimize execution
  • Guide decision-making processes and demonstrate results to sponsors and stakeholders using AI-supported toolsRequirements10+ years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and experience with SAP modern technologies, including BTP, extensibility, and Cloud ALM
  • Proven ability to challenge and enhance SAP Best Practices, such as SAP Readiness Check and Signavio capabilities
  • Experience with custom code inventory, cleanup, and optimization techniques (e.g., SCMON, SUSG)

Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to drive initiatives independently and foster teamwork

  • Comfortable collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience in solution architecture and transformation projects
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
