About the project

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based products, with a particular focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements.
• Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries.
• Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process.

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams.
• Excellent English & Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Living in Poland

Optional

• Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce
• Experience with Agile methodologies
