As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Warsaw team and looking for a Sales & Customer Operations Specialist to support our Sales and Operations teams and help us deliver smooth, reliable transport solutions for our customers.🎯 Your roleThis is a role at the intersection of Sales, Customer Service and Administration.

You won't be responsible for cold calling or generating new leads. Instead, you'll support our existing sales processes and customers – helping turn transport requirements into successfully delivered solutions.

A key part of the role will be finding suitable trucks and carriers for specialist transport requirements, coordinating details and making sure everything is properly organised from the initial request through to completion.

What you'll be doing🚚 Searching for suitable trucks, carriers and transport solutions for customer requirements, including specialist and non-standard loads.📋 Processing incoming transport requests and gathering all necessary information.💰 Requesting and comparing transport rates and supporting the preparation of quotations.🤝 Communicating with customers and responding to transport-related queries.📞 Contacting carriers and transport partners to check availability and negotiate rates.🗂️ Preparing and maintaining transport documentation, orders and quotations.🔄 Coordinating information between customers, Sales, carriers and the Operations team.📈 Following up on ongoing transport requests and making sure deadlines are met.💻 Keeping customer and transport information up to date in CRM and internal systems.🧩 Supporting the Sales team with day-to-day customer and administrative tasks.🎯 Ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the transport process.✅ What we're looking forPrevious experience in customer service, sales support, transport, logistics or administration.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers and transport partners.

Ability to coordinate several tasks and requests at the same time.

A proactive approach – you don't wait for problems to solve themselves.

Ability to work with numbers, quotations and transport rates.

Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Experience with CRM or other business systems is an advantage.

Previous experience in haulage, freight forwarding or transport is a strong advantage.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

Experience working with UK transport or haulage.

Knowledge of the UK freight market.

Experience sourcing trucks, carriers or subcontractors.

Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar systems.
