Coordinate road transport with all parties involved across Europe (shippers, customers, customs brokers, transport providers) Execute daily orders’ requirements to ensure top class customer service

• Track the status of the orders in IT tools and communicate issues, mitigate problems
• Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities on Cost, Service, Sustainability Maintain excellent relationship with internal and external partners
• Data collection and support of annual tenders
• Manage freight settlement and logistics quality claims
• Monitor supplier’s performance What we are looking for:

Essential:

Education/ bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions in Logistics / Customer Service
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Preferred:

SAP TM experience

Must Have:

Fluent in English

• Positive attitude“Can do” mindset
• Ability to work in a challenging business environment, to demonstrate flexibility by managing numerous priorities concurrently and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
