We are looking for individuals who will provide daily support to customers of one of the world's leading manufacturers of computers, laptops, and innovative IT solutions.

Tasks: 📌Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on an ongoing basis.

Performing remote diagnostics and device configuration.

Documenting customer interactions in the system.

Requirements: 💎Excellent command of both Czech and Slovak (C1 level or higher).

Communicative level of English (B1 or higher).

Confidence in using devices such as laptops, desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets.

Availability to provide services Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

A stable wired internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote service delivery.

We Offer: ⭐Civil contract with an hourly rate of PLN 40.00 gross per hour.

Fully remote cooperation.
