Recruitment & Legalization Support Specialist

Job description:

We are an employment agency operating within the capital group in Poland. We provide recruitment services, temporary work and legalization of work and stay of foreigners. We recruit specialists and unqualified people to work in Poland, mainly from the Eastern Europe and Asia region. We comprehensively provide our employees with work and legal stay in Poland.

For our international team in Opole we are looking for a Recruitment & Client Support Specialist.

Your responsibilities will include:

• sourcing and acquisition of candidates,
• conducting interviews with candidates,
• handling candidate and employer inquiries,
• correspondence and conversations in English,
• supporting the process of obtaining work visas and legalization of stay,
• working with documents in English.

ONLY FOR CANDIDATES WHO ARE CURRENTLY IN POLAND.

Requirements:

• fluent in English (at least B2 level),
• at least one year of experience in recruitment and customer service,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• well-organized and reliable,
• willingness to work on-site in Opole (remote work not available).
