About the roleWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead global cybersecurity initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. The role combines strong project leadership with deep expertise in cybersecurity technologies.

How you will get the job donerunning and delivering multiple complex IT projects (£1m–£2m), applying appropriate project management methodologiesdefining project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approachesensuring projects are being delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business and technical requirementsmanaging risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, proactively mitigating impacts to project deliverycoordinating internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources throughout the project lifecyclebuilding and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for projectsmonitoring project progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, while providing regular updates to leadershipensuring compliance with governance requirements and supporting the smooth transition of solutions into productionoverseeing technical implementations and integrations to enable regulatory compliancemanaging the project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring delivery against scope, time, and budget

Skills and experience you will needfluency in English5+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments, ideally within Finance, Insurance, or other regulated industriesability to translate business needs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersstrong project, financial, and change management skillsexcellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skillsexperience managing project budgets, costs, risks, and cross-functional global teamsstrong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them in dynamic environmentsability to lead under uncertainty, manage shifting priorities, and thrive in ambiguous settingscollaborative leadership styleNice to haveGerman language on communicative levelknowledge of main regulations and impact on regulated industries (i.e. DORA)
