How you will get the job donemanaging projects of mid and large size and scope with responsibility for budget, scope, quality and time embracing an agile approach and methodologyconducting Risk and Issue Management for the project, planning and monitoring measures for mitigation and avoiding of impact on the projectmanaging 3rd party service suppliers and producting vendors as well internal team members in a matrix responsibility ensuring compliance to obligatory rules (incl. regulators requirements according to Policies & guidelines)ensuring effective Stakeholder and Change Management and providing appropriate status reporting

Skills and experience you will needfluency in Englishstrong project delivery background (in reinsurance and insurance IT project delivery) demonstrable experience of successfully delivering critical and complex IT system related projectsexperience in Data Center & Cloud projects (Cloud migrations, DC migrations and closures, Infrastructure & software upgrades)proven experience in Agile and classical/waterfall software development and lifecycle methodologies (SCRUM, SAFEe, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2) including test managementdemonstrable change project management experience strong communication, facilitation, presentation & negotiation skills knowhow and experience in state of the art information technology ability to work with third parties and offshore development teams Nice to haveGerman written and spoken languageexperience in the Investment/Asset Management industry will be a strong plusPerks & BenefitsLet's be healthy
