Project Delivery Practitioner Senior

Join to our pharmaceutical client in steering one of our most critical global digital workplace transformations: the MOVE project (our strategic transition from Google Suite to MS Office).

In this role, you will be the key operational bridge between the MOVE integration Stream and our HR partners in P& C (People & Culture). Your mission is to coordinate business input collection for migration planning, support execution and validation, and act as the point of contact for P& C throughout the migration lifecycle

You will manage complex stakeholder dynamics, co-own deployment orchestration, and proactively mitigate high-level risks across the enterprise.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

Manage communication between the MOVE project teams and RDT business leads, tailoring the update frequency and style as the migration progresses.

Co-manage the migration calendar to ensure technical rollouts do not conflict with critical business deadlines or busy regulatory cycles.

Ensure business partners are fully prepared before their migration date, while actively feeding business feedback and local constraints back to the MOVE team.

Risk & Project GovernanceOwn and maintain the project RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) for P& C. Focus on solving large, systemic project hurdles rather than individual IT helpdesk tickets.

Use tools like track migration readiness checklists and secure sign-offs.

Monitor project metrics to ensure the technical team respects business needs, and the business understands technical limitations.

Change Management & Business Continuity

Drive the technical change impact assessment acting as the operational link with the migration stream

Partner with business leads during early testing phases to guarantee zero disruption to daily workflows at go-live.

Lead cross-functional meetings to constructively adjust project scope or timelines when unexpected technical delays occur.

Your Profile

Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering within a complex, global matrix organization (highly regulated/Life Sciences environment preferred).

Transformation Track Record: Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations (e.g., Google Workspace to MS 365 or similar cloud productivity ecosystems).

Stakeholder Management: Outstanding negotiation, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills. Ability to interface confidently with senior business leaders and technical architects alike.

Risk Management: Strong capability in structuring, monitoring, and resolving complex project risks and defining mitigation pathways under tight timelines.

Communication: Fluent and highly articulate in English (written and spoken), with an ability to translate technical constraints into clear business narratives.
