Product Owner (Fixed term min. 1 year)

Type: Full-time

Reports to: Head of Product

Preferred location: Budapest (HU), Cluj Napoca (RO), Constanța (RO), Miskolc (HU), Liberec (CZ), Lublin (PL), Warsaw (PL)

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving product development initiatives from a business perspective and ensuring successful implementation of new features and modules.

Your key responsibilities include:

Project-based coordination of the introduction or renewal of new modules and functions

• Ensuring product implementation and operation in line with business objectives
• Managing the business side of developments
• Identifying, prioritizing, and specifying business needs
• Managing and continuously maintaining the product backlog
• Daily collaboration with the development team and setting task priorities
• Consulting with stakeholders and managing feedback
• Validating the business suitability of delivered features
• Performing job-related tasks as specified by the supervisorIn this role, you will have the authority to:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar roleStrong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and prioritization abilities
