Procurement Specialist (CAPEX & MRO) – M/K

Zakres obowiązków Lead sourcing and procurement activities for CAPEX and MRO categories Conduct supplier evaluations, RFx processes, and commercial negotiations Analyze procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities Support contract creation, renewals, and compliance monitoring Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance tracking Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and savings analyses Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Project Management teams Contribute to category management strategies and procurement improvement initiatives Wymagania Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain Proven experience managing sourcing projects and supplier negotiations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English Experience in CAPEX, MRO, manufacturing equipment, automation, or industrial procurement Background in manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments Knowledge of Sievo or similar spend analytics tools Oferujemy Employment based on a temporary employment contract Hybrid work model (1-2 days per week in the office) Immediate start available Comprehensive Manpower
