Private Capital Liabilities Senior Specialist with French

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance or securities services, or property sector

Great working knowledge of French and English is essential (min C1)

Good Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate fund specificities will be considered as an advantage

• Responsibilities:

Processing of distributions and other payment related tasks for French PE& RE funds in compliance with internal procedures

• Processing subscriptions, redemptions, successions and other movements on shares for French PE& RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
• Management of cash reconciliations on several accounts and keeping track of fees
• Preparing reports for internal and external parties
• Maintaining communication and relations with all counterparties (internal and external)

Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs)

Identifying risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them
