Principal AI Solutions Architect

Location: Warsaw (hybrid, 2–3 days/week in the office)

About the roleWe are looking for a person who can design the end-to-end operating model of an advanced AI-powered product, from user experience and application architecture to the integration of models, agents, and external systems.

This is not a classic Product Owner role, nor is it purely a Software Architect position. We are looking for someone who can combine service design, systems thinking, and technical architecture into one cohesive product.

Responsibilities

Design the end-to-end product flow from the perspective of multiple user groups.

Create the functional architecture and map user processes and journeys.

Define how AI agents, language models, and backend services should work together.

Collaborate with technology leaders and development teams to translate product vision into technical solutions.

Prepare product and technical documentation, including user flows, service blueprints, and high-level architecture.

Identify and design integrations with external systems and services.

We’re looking for someone whoHas 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products.

Combines UX / Service Design expertise with a strong understanding of systems architecture.

Understands the GenAI ecosystem, AI agents, RAG, and model orchestration.

Can facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into concrete solutions.

Communicates effectively with designers, developers, and senior leadership.

Nice to have

Experience working on AI-powered products or solutions with complex architecture.

Hands-on knowledge of different language models, both commercial and open-source.

Experience with tools for agent orchestration, AI workflows, or process automation.

Experience in a startup environment or in building new technology products.
