How you will get the job donesupporting Project / Program Managers in tracking the statuses of program deliverables and milestones, controlling and reporting on the progressoutputting project status and other regular or on-demand reports, coordinating the regular project and program reporting cycleimplementing, coordinating, and improving project governance arrangements and communicationensuring that project plans and project documentation are complete, delivered on time, and up to datemanaging PPM Tool (our E2E project management instance)performing project resource management-related tasks from onboarding to work effort reporting controlensuring aligned processes are implemented and project management is conducted in line with the organization’s standardscooperating with numerous other departments and international colleagues on a common goal of excellent IT project delivery

• Skills and experience you will needfluency in English (B2)2+ years of experience in the field of PMO (preferred in IT-related environments)ease at working in a multinational environment using a foreign language dailyadvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)experience in the usage of SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM toolsstrong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detailcapability to solve issues in a quick-paced environmentat least familiarity with Agile or Waterfallexperience in stakeholders management accompanied by a high level of interpersonal communication skillsproactive type of attitudeability and drive to learn new expertise in a fast-paced environmentminimum Bachelor’s University degreeNice to haveGerman written and spoken language skills at minimum B1 levelPMI / PRINCE or similar certification
