Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Italian payroll processes (pre- and post-payroll), including data validation, reconciliations, tax filings, and reporting

• Maintain employee data and support Hire-to-Retire processes in SAP/ERP systems
• Monitor Time & Attendance, handle employee queries, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Prepare reports, support audits, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KP
• IsProvide HR administrative support and contribute to ongoing HR processes and projects
• Requirements:3-5+ years of Italian payroll experience (end-to-end), with strong knowledge of Italian regulations and T& A processes
• Fluent Italian and communicative English
• Experience with SAP (mandatory) and good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ADP knowledge is a plusDetail-oriented, process-driven, and well-organized professional with strong stakeholder management skills
