Payroll Manager (m/f/d)

Zakres obowiązków Coordinate payroll operations across multiple countries and support local payroll experts. Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in cooperation with external payroll providers. Monitor compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. Lead payroll harmonization and process standardization initiatives. Analyze payroll data and prepare reports to support business decision making. Act as the main point of contact for external payroll vendors and manage key relationships. Drive continuous improvement projects and support enhancements within HR systems and processes. Define and monitor payroll KPIs and SLAs. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and international stakeholders. Support knowledge sharing and development of payroll teams across different locations. Wymagania At least 6 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or a related area. Experience working in an international, multi country environment. Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and payroll legislation. Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers. Proven track record in process improvement and change management initiatives. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
