About This Role

This role is customer-facing and responsible for providing support to customers and assisting them with financial services and transactions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face to receive and process services such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency exchange (buying and selling).
• Accurately verify and enter customer information into internal systems.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, cancellations, or branch locations.
• Recognize problems, issues, or complaints and propose solutions or escalate them to the management team when necessary.
• Stay up to date with products, services, and internal policies.

Balance the cash register and prepare cash deposits for the bank.

• Maintain records of daily transactions.
• Actively promote services by distributing leaflets to attract customers to the store (mandatory requirement).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues or supervisors.

Position Requirements

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
• Previous cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid work permit.
• Cashier license is highly preferred.
• Basic Polish and conversational English are required; Spanish is a strong advantage, and any additional languages are highly valued.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and provide excellent customer service.
