Order Picking at Allegro – Attractive Pay & Free Transportation

JAGA Recruitment Sp. z o.o. (an entity entered in the Register of Employment Agencies, Certificate of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship No. 7363) is currently looking for candidates interested in working with one of its clients, a leader in the e-commerce industry.

The assignment involves preparing orders for dispatch and packing products.

Work location: Adamów, near Grodzisk Mazowiecki

What We Offer:

• Employment based on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenia).
• Free organized transportation to Adamów from the following locations: Warszawa Włochy, Pruszków, Milanówek, Piastów, Brwinów, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Sochaczew, Chodaków, Kożuszki, Paprotnia, Piorunów, Błonie, Żyrardów, Międzyborów, Jaktorów, Skierniewice, Płońsk, Łowicz, Warszawa Bemowo, Stare Babice, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Ołtarzew and Płochocin.
• Shift work according to a schedule (Saturdays are also working days).
• Hourly pay of PLN 33 gross/hour, increasing to PLN 33.50 gross/hour after one month and PLN 34 gross/hour after two months.
• Monthly performance bonus of up to 20% of the base pay.
• Meal subsidy of PLN 1 plus tax.
• Additional night shift bonus of approximately PLN 6 gross for each night hour worked.
• High-season attendance bonus of PLN 1,500 gross.
• Weekend bonus from November to December: PLN 50 gross per weekend if you work on Saturday, Sunday, or both days.
• Accommodation subsidy of PLN 550 gross per month (available until the end of 2026).

Your Responsibilities:

• Placing and arranging goods in the warehouse.
• Picking items using a scanner.
• Packing products.
• Preparing orders for dispatch to individual customers.

What We Expect from You:

• Availability to work shifts according to a schedule.
• Availability to start work immediately.
