Operations Process Leader

Your main responsibilities:- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure the efficient and timely unloading and loading of linehaul operations at the depot;- Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes;- Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines;- Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;- Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if you have:- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company;- Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work;- Knowledge of MS Office;- Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ);- Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure;- Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork;- High level of personal culture and professionalism;- Openness to work in shifts.
