We are looking for a native- speaker nursery caregiver to join our team at Baby Panda Nursery in Warsaw!

Who are we?

Baby Panda is a small, intimate nursery where we place relationships, a sense of safety and each child’s individual needs at the heart of everything we do.

Our approach is inspired by:

• attachment-based childcare,
• NVC – Nonviolent Communication,
• Positive Discipline,
• elements of the Montessori approach,
• mindful and respectful communication with children.

We strive to create an environment where children can develop at their own pace, while the adults around them provide a safe, supportive and nurturing presence.

We are looking for someone who:

• genuinely enjoys being around and working with young children,
• is patient, empathetic and attentive,
• knows how to build warm and trusting relationships with children,
• is responsible and well-organised,
• brings energy and creativity to everyday play and activities,
• enjoys working as part of a team,
• is open to learning and developing their skills,
• wants to help create a special place for children rather than simply “do the job”.

Previous experience working with children is a strong advantage, but what matters most to us is your attitude towards children, commitment and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• native-speaker
• relevant qualifications to work as a nursery caregiver in Poland, or willingness to complete the required training,
• previous experience working with young children is highly valued,
• a genuine interest in child development and respectful childcare,
• ability to work effectively as part of a team,
• good communication and interpersonal skills,
• responsibility, reliability and good organisation,
• a proactive and positive attitude,
• willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Additional information

Type of contract: Employment contract / civil-law contract for students.
