Location: Warsaw (Hybrid: 1-2 days from the office per week)

Job Description:

Senior Java engineer joining the RTDP (Real-Time Data Platform) squad to build and operate Kafka/Kafka Connect/Debezium/Flink pipelines on Strimzi-managed Kubernetes for the Currencycloud Treasury (Moneta) programme. Strong Java 21 / Spring Boot 3.x, production Kafka experience, and comfort with GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform) required. Contributes to design, build, testing, and operational readiness alongside the existing RTDP team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contributes to Kafka Connect/Debezium pipelines, Flink stream jobs, Protobuf event schemas, Strimzi Helm charts, and Datadog observability modules. Staff-aug engagement — output measured in sprint contribution and code merged, not fixed deliverables📌 We offer:
