For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Expert to support critical ERP activities within a complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will focus primarily on data loading and system operations, ensuring accurate and efficient data imports into D365 F& O. You will collaborate with data and business teams, providing hands-on ERP expertise and resolving technical and process-related challenges.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute data import processes into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with system requirements

• Collaborate closely with data teams to validate data structures, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth end-to-end data migration processes
• Provide expert guidance on D365 F& O configuration, data entities, and integration points
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loading, system behavior, and ERP process flows
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data handling and optimize system operations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers within a complex enterprise environment
• Ensure adherence to D365 F& O best practices, governance standards, and security requirements
• Must-have requirements:

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F& O)

Strong practical experience with data management, data entities, and system operations within D365 F& OStrong understanding of ERP data structures, integrations, and data migration methodologies

• Experience executing and troubleshooting complex data import and migration processes
• Proven experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with complex processes and multiple stakeholder groups
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve technical and process-related issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teamsNice to have:

Experience with large-scale ERP migration or transformation projects

• Experience optimizing data loading and ERP operational processes
• Knowledge of D365 F& O governance, security, and integration best practices
• Experience working in the industrial sector
• Finnish language skills
