Your responsibilities

• Create, adapt and coordinate marketing materials based on global Dale Carnegie content and brand assets
• Manage LinkedIn and newsletter communications
• Support marketing campaigns and events
• Coordinate and follow up incoming leads
• Prepare and coordinate participant and trainer materials
• Ensure smooth delivery of training-related logistics
• Support a high-quality participant experience
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve internal processes
• Use AI and digital tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency
• Support the implementation of smarter ways of working across the business

Our requirements

• Fluent Polish and English
• Experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Enjoyment of both creative and operational work
• Ability to work effectively with existing templates, presentations, and brand assets
• Interest in AI and openness to using new technologies in everyday work
• Independent working style, ownership mindset, and strong attention to detail

Optional

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation or newsletter tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
• Experience coordinating projects or business processes
