Management Consultant – Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 (MES, ERP, IoT) ( GN )

Your responsibilities

• IF JOINING YOU WILL:
• Advise Fortune 500 clients on Industry 4.0 implementations – from the ERP layer (SAP S/4HANA, modules PP/MM/QM/PM/EWM), through MES, to IoT and IT/OT integration
• Design End-to-End Manufacturing architectures: SAP ↔ MES ↔ SCADA ↔ devices integration (OPC UA, MQTT)
• Run workshops with operations and IT leaders, design solution blueprints, manage deployments
• Work in international teams
• Co-create the Industry X offering for the European market – real impact, not just delivery
• Sample projects:
• AI-powered scheduling, predictive maintenance and autonomous quality control for an 8B USD global equipment manufacturer – delivered $30M+ annual savings, up to 50% productivity gain and 20-30% cycle time reduction
• SAP S/4HANA migration + integration with Siemens Opcenter MES for a global automotive manufacturer
• Digital twin of a production line + SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) for a Top 10 EU pharma company
• IT/OT roadmap and ERP-MES-IoT integration blueprint for a CPG giant

Our requirements

• 2+ years in consulting OR project/coordination experience in manufacturing (Auto/CPG/Pharma/Hi-Tech)
• Manufacturing acumen combined with technology fluency — you've seen a real production environment from the inside (planning, shop floor, quality, maintenance, or supply chain) AND you can hold a credible conversation about at least one of the technology stacks below. We're not hiring pure techies, and we're not hiring pure operators — we hire the bridge between the two.
• ERP in manufacturing: SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, modules PP/MM/QM/PM/EWM) or Oracle / Infor / Microsoft Dynamics
• MES: Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Proficy, AVEVA, SAP DMC
• IoT / Cloud: Azure IoT, AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT
• IT-OT integration: SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, edge computing
• English C1

Optional

• Azure, AWS, PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications
• German, French, or Spanish
• Experience in application blueprint design, UAT, and regression testing
