We are recruiting on behalf of Align Technology, the global company behind the innovative Invisalign system. We are looking for 8 new team members to join us as Junior CAD Designers.

No previous experience is required. You do not need any knowledge of 3D software, orthodontics, or dentistry. From your very first day, you will receive comprehensive, fully paid training that will teach you everything you need to succeed in the role.

Your Responsibilities

• Create digital 3D visualizations and customized orthodontic treatment plans based on doctors’ instructions.
• Work with CAD software (full training provided).
• Review medical documentation and ensure that all projects meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with an international team to deliver the best possible solutions for patients.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level) – this will be essential in your daily work.
• English language skills at a communicative level (minimum B1).
• Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Experience with 3D graphics, CAD software, or a medical background is considered a plus, but it is not required.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary

• Base salary of PLN 7,600 gross per month.
• Performance-based bonus system of up to 12%, resulting in a starting monthly salary of over PLN 8,500 gross.

Flexible Working Model

• During the first 8 months (training and certification period), work is office-based in Wrocław.
