• Design and implement API-first architectures.
• Build reusable integration capabilities.
• Drive standardization of API contracts, schemas, and governance.
• Lead adoption of event-based integrations using Kafka.
• Define event standards and integration patterns.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Build cloud-native services running on Azure Kubernetes.
• Define CI/CD standards using GitHub Actions.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Participate in architecture and Design reviews.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices.
• Drive technology modernization and technical roadmap execution.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security, and compliance requirements.

Our requirements

• Based in Poland.
• Strong skills in being transparent and available.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Software Development or Engineering.
• Python / FastAPI.
• Databricks / Databricks Apps / Lakebase.
• REST APIs.
• Microservices.
• Kafka.
• Event-Driven Architecture.
• Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes Service).
• Terraform.
