We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering Enablement team (Platform Engineering), where you will help establish best practices for production release. In this role, you will drive reliability and operational excellence across our Azure-based production environments while championing SRE principles throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end monitoring and alerting for Azure-based production environments
  • Collaboration with development teams to improve deployment automation, infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
  • Management of incident response, root cause analysis and post-mortem processes
  • Oversee migration mechanics, including cutover from manually-built infrastructure to IaC without a production outage
  • Drive reliability best practices and advocate for SRE principles across the platform engineering organizationRequirements5+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, App Services and Azure Pipelines
  • Proficiency in Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Grafana
  • Skills in Terraform, ARM templates and infrastructure as code
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with networking, Key Vault and Cosmos DB
  • Understanding of Identity, Prometheus and CI/CD practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills
