The minimum monthly gross compensation for this role is 25 760 PLN gross with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment. This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.

As Lead Architect for Pharma Preclinical Data Intelligence, you will shape the technology architecture that enables better, faster decision-making from discovery through early development. In this role, you will help translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions that support high-quality data insights. By connecting data, platforms, and processes, you will contribute directly to our mission to de-risk decisions and increase productivity across preclinical development. You will work closely with business and IT partners to define a clear architectural vision and drive its implementation.

Major Tasks

Individuals in this role will:

• Design data models and metadata systems.
• Help principal data architects interpret an organization’s needs.
• Provide oversight and advice to other data architects designing and producing data artefacts.
• Design and support the management of data dictionaries.
• Ensure teams work to the standards set by principal data architects and in alignment with Architectural Council guidance.
• Work with other architects and engineers so systems are designed in accordance with the appropriate data architecture.
