Lead Business Analyst

You will work within a cross-functional team that includes business analysts, product managers, engineers, and program stakeholders. The team operates in a collaborative environment with strong alignment between business and technology teams across regions.

Position overviewWe are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to drive business analysis activities within a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative in the financial domain. You will lead collaboration between business and technology stakeholders, define clear requirements, and ensure that solutions align with strategic objectives while supporting consistent delivery across workstreams.

• Responsibilities
• Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and detailed specifications
• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to support solution design
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement review sessions
• Support testing activities including user acceptance testing and validation
• Coordinate with product and program teams to ensure consistent delivery across workstreams
• Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within enterprise or transformation programs
• Experience in financial services, investment, or another regulated environment
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and structure them into clear requirements
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrations and data flows
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

• Experience in large scale transformation or modernization programs
• Knowledge of investment management or financial products
• Experience working with SQL or data analysis tools
• Familiarity with API based systems and digital platforms
