We at Xelerit are looking for a talented and ambitious individual in the first years of their product career to join the Product team of our client, Actuals.io, as a fully remote Junior Product Manager. In this role, you will be a key link between the engineering team, commercial stakeholders, and customers. You will work closely with Actuals' Product Lead Vision & Innovation, as well as their CTO.
This position was created to support the client's product leadership in daily product management tasks, focusing on bridging the gap between complex financial business goals and development needs. Your role will be crucial in preparing detailed input for engineering teams, creating onboarding materials and documentation for users, and ensuring that the product vision of a scalable, self-service platform is clearly communicated and executed.

What we are looking for:🔎 Financial background or education – essential to deeply understand the product's logic, underlying accounting principles, and the complex financial domain. 🔎 Ability to translate complex business and domain needs into structured technical requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria). 🔎 Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills – you like turning ambiguity into structure. 🔎 Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, especially regarding basic finance and accounting terminology. 🔎 Strong organizational and communication skills. 🔎 High attention to detail (crucial when working with financial and transactional data) and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 🔎 Ability to create clear documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria and release notes🔎 Basic understanding of SaaS software development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). 🔎 Familiarity with UX/UI principles and making complex products adoptable. 🔎 Experience working with remote and distributed teams.🔎 Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written min. C1) for daily communication in an international, fully remote environment Key Responsibilities:✅ Collaborate with the client's Product Lead and Founders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements and product development ideas.✅ Prepare clear and structured requirements for engineering teams, ensuring they understand the 'why' behind the features.✅ Organize, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in line with the leadership’s vision and commercial priorities.✅ Communicate daily with remote development teams to clarify requirements and answer questions✅ Participate actively in product discovery, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. ✅ Ensure UX/UI design and technical implementation align with product goals and simplify the user experience. ✅ Help monitor product development progress and assist in QA and post-release validation of new features. ✅ Proactively identify risks or misalignments between customer needs and tech implementation and help resolve them early.
