For our Client- an international logistics provider specializing in liquid bulk transport and supply chain solutions across Europe- we are currently looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist. The company operates in a dynamic, international environment, focusing on operational excellence, safety, and long-term customer partnerships.

Place of Work**:** Katowice (office-based position) Working hours: start at 8:00 or 9:00 AM

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service (office-based)
• Advanced English (C1 level or higher)- written and spoken
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented and solution-oriented approach
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Processing and monitoring customer orders in internal systems
• Acting as the main operational contact for assigned customers
• Handling customer queries, complaints, and documentation
• Providing shipment updates and coordinating transport and customs documentation
• Informing customers about additional costs and supporting accurate invoicing
• Monitoring KPIs and supporting basic financial and operational analyses
• Supporting implementation of new transport lanes and service optimization
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
