Junior Assets Analyst

Location: Warsaw, hybrid (1 day/week home)

Contract Type: Umowa Zlecenie / B2B 6 months initial contract

Rate: up to 90zł/hourWhat you’ll do:

Manage daily client money and custody asset controls across EMEA

• Perform reconciliations, calculations, and analysis of client balances
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues and escalations
• Support regulatory reporting, governance, and audit requirements
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business teams
• Support process improvements and initiatives across the Client Assets function
• Assist with regulatory breach management and remediation
• What you bring:

Up to 2 years of experience in financial services, operations, controls, or regulatory reporting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of financial controls and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel skillsNice to know:

Experience with Client Assets / CASS regulations

• Exposure to custody, client money, or reconciliations
• Experience working with auditors or regulators
