Job Descriptions Manager

Drives effective and globally-consistent Job Descriptions Management processes/documents/reporting as well as provides efficient communication flow including relevant actionable data to drive company's growth. Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain accurate and detailed job descriptions for all positions within the organization, Work closely with department heads, HR managers, and other key stakeholders to understand job requirements, Ensure job descriptions are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with related services, subprocesses, KPIs, legal and organizational standards, Standardize job descriptions across the organization and manage the job description database, Provide training and support to managers and HR representatives on how to develop and update job descriptions, Lead projects related to job description updates and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, Communicate changes effectively.

Requirements for Candidate

Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position, Fluent English proficiency, Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Diligence, attention to details and digital acumen, Ability to plan and manage work, Experience in working in an international environment. Benefits
