Jira Cloud Administrator

Location: 100% remote work Salary: 110-120 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Jira Cloud and related Atlassian products
• Configure and maintain projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, issue types, screens, permissions, and automation rules
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, compliance, and effective governance
• Manage user access, roles, groups, and permission structures
• Coordinate platform upgrades, feature rollouts, and governance initiatives
• Define and maintain Jira administration standards, best practices, and operating procedures
• Drive platform optimization, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Ensure consistency and alignment across multiple teams and projects
• Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Jira solutions
• Provide expert guidance on Jira capabilities, administration, and best practices
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to support delivery teams and management
• Act as the primary point of contact for Jira administration requests and user support
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution activities
• Deliver user training sessions and maintain knowledge-sharing documentation
• Support integrations with Confluence and other enterprise tools
• Collaborate with IT and security teams on platform-related initiatives
• Monitor platform performance, application health, and usage
• Requirements:
• Several years of hands-on experience administering Jira Cloud environments
• Strong expertise in Jira configuration, customization, and administration
• Experience managing large-scale Jira environments supporting multiple teams and projects
• Proven experience implementing Jira governance frameworks and operating models
• Strong knowledge of: o Jira Cloud Administrationo Workflow Design and Optimizationo Permission and Security Managemento Jira Automationo Atlassian Administrationo Dashboard and Reporting Configurationo User and Access Managemento REST API fundamentals and platform integrations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Business fluent English (spoken and written)
