Role Purpose

Provide first level technical support for users regarding hardware, software, and company systems, focusing on quick issue resolution and maintaining high-quality service across Flex Wind locations globally.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:, Service Desk Support:, Handle user IT requests via phone, email, and ticketing system., Provide remote support to users across Flex Wind locations globally., Troubleshooting & Resolution:, Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, Windows systems, MS Office suite, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)., Resolve software-related problems., Hardware & Devices:, Support hardware configuration (laptops, printers, network devices)., Perform scheduled computer replacements according to the lifecycle plan., Report hardware for warranty service and liaise with external service providers., Escalation:, Escalate complex issues to second-line support., Documentation & Projects:, Create and update technical documentation and procedures., Participate in implementation projects and testing of new solutions.. 3–5 years IT support experience (corporate preferred)., Experience working in international teams., Secondary or higher technical education (IT/telecommunications)., Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, basic networking, basic Azure., MS 365 Admin Center, Intune, remote support tools., Basic understanding of MS 365 licensing., Ticketing system experience (HALO ITSM preferred)., Strong communication, customer focus, able to work under pressure., English B1/B2 minimum.
