S3 Connected Health is a digital health company headquartered in Dublin, with a strong tech hub in Wrocław.

We build and support solutions used in real healthcare settings - for example, in remote patient monitoring, treatment support, and medication adherence. These aren’t “nice to have” apps - they need to be stable, secure, and simply work.

Our team is around 250 people across engineering, IT, data, UX, and healthcare. From an IT perspective, it’s a fairly complex environment - a mix of development tools, infrastructure, and healthcare-specific requirements - so the work goes beyond standard support.

For IT Support, this means a fairly broad role: working closely with engineers and business teams, supporting tools and environments, and engaging with infrastructure-related topics. We’re also looking for someone who learns quickly and is open to developing skills across different areas of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as an IT Support Engineer, you will:

Provide tier 2/3 IT support to engineering and admin staff

  • Maintain and configure development process support tools like Atlassian stack, Git, and SVN
  • Deal with licensing process, including extensions and negotiations with vendors and purchasing
  • Maintain and support Windows/Linux Server-based service environments, including hypervisor infrastructure
  • Manage backups
  • Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related fieldMin. 5 years of experience in an IT support roleMin. 2 years of experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud Apps or other vendor software/hardware development tools stacks, cloud-based applicationsMin. 2 years of experience in dealing with licensing process, including extensions and negotiations with vendors

  • Experience supporting Windows/Linux Server environments
  • Experience supporting Windows OS and desktop applications
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking with practical experience
  • Ability to work with policies and procedures of an IT department
  • Good troubleshooting skills, ability to efficiently investigate the nature of a problem
