About the project

Your responsibilities

Our requirements

• Solid experience in L1 and L2 IT support, including hands-on work with users, devices and access
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS and networks (VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Strong administrative experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian and Slack
• Hands-on experience building automations in n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools that are used in day-to-day work
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks and SaaS integrations
• Basic scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell or Python) to automate admin tasks
• Experience designing self-service processes or user-facing knowledge bases
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week
