IT Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

Preparing reporting, presentations, communication in corporation with management and on management's request.

Create and maintain the specific repository (access, backups, structure).

Moderate physical/virtual/hybrid project meetings in English with varied group of stakeholders and prepare monthly status reports.

Project data storage and archive.

Business process optimization based on collected data by Agile methodology.

Work in multiple parallel activities with different schedules, duration and deadlines, delivering tangible results while balancing priorities across different activities on daily basis.

Support transformation of IT services with activities like scoping workshop moderation and A-Z change coordination.

Ensure data and reporting consistency across all relevant domains. We are looking for you, if you have:

MA/Eng. in Information Technology or Business or relevant experience.

Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team/.

Good knowledge of project management methods (PMP or Prince2 certification).

Knowledge of good practices on IT service delivery market, such as ITIL.

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban).

Knowledge of HP SM, SNOW and Jira tools.

Communication skills and skills to cooperate inside a global organization.

Influencing and persuasion skills.

Readiness to travel depending on project/service needs.

Minimum 5 years of experience in work related to software development.

Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environment (medium to large projects).

Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
