This role is within the Standards and Controls team.

Role description

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for:

Planning, mobilizing, and directing projects from definition to closure.

End-to-end planning and delivery of one or more projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes, and benefits.

Working closely with delivery managers and product owners to ensure project alignment with the broader change portfolio in Standards and Controls.

Requirements

Required:

Excellent communicator.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (especially Scrum).

Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.

Ability to drive benefits for customers and stakeholders through change.

Proven ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective.

Optional/Nice to have:

Experience in software inventory.

Experience in software agent roll-out and adoption.

Knowledge of software delivery and development lifecycle.

Familiarity with technology controls.
