IT Engineer – Single Sign-On / IAM (f/m)

We are looking for an IT Engineer specializing in Access Management / IAM to join a long-term project in an international environment. Your main responsibility will be onboarding applications to IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

Location & Work Model

• Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warsaw / ŁódźHybrid model: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote
• Work must be performed from Poland
• English is the working language
• Responsibilities
• Cooperating with application teams and guiding them through the application onboarding process to IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA)

Performing onboarding configuration in both development/test and production environments

Troubleshooting technical issues during the onboarding process

Selecting and implementing the appropriate integration method depending on application requirements: OIDC, SAML, or Web Reverse Proxy (junctions)

Requirements – MUST HAVE

• Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Reverse Proxy Server configuration and application integration
• Practical experience with OpenID Connect (OIDC) and application integration
• Knowledge and hands-on configuration experience with OAuth2Experience with SAML / Identity Federation
• Strong communication skills and experience working with application teams
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently
• Very good command of English
• Nice to Have
• Experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) or IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)

Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
