IT Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Single Sign-On (SSO) (f/m)

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join a team responsible for delivering and maintaining enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. In this role, you will focus on Single Sign-On (SSO) onboarding, integrating business applications with a centralized access management platform, and ensuring secure authentication across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application teams throughout the Single Sign-On onboarding process
• Configure and integrate applications with the access management platform across development, test, and production environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to authentication and application onboarding
• Select and implement the appropriate integration approach using OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, or Web Reverse Proxy, depending on application architecture
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and seamless application access
• Requirements
• Must-have
• Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Access Management solutions
• Practical experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
• Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0
• Experience with SAML and Identity Federation
• Experience with Reverse Proxy technologies and application integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders
• Professional level of English
• Nice to Have
• Experience with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) or similar enterprise IAM platforms
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies
