Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) Process & Solution Expert/Specialist

About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) Process & Solution Expert to lead global finance transformation initiatives focused on standardizing and optimizing end-to-end I2P processes.

This is a techno-functional role combining deep business process expertise with hands-on experience delivering SAP finance solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and implementation partners to design, implement and continuously improve Invoice-to-Pay capabilities within SAP S/4HANA.

ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop the global Invoice-to-Pay process and solution landscape.

Drive process standardization, optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead multiple transformation projects, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, quality and timelines.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external implementation partners.

Design and implement scalable SAP finance solutions supporting end-to-end I2P processes.

Participate in the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including solution design, testing, deployment and hypercare.

Manage project governance, risks, escalations and stakeholder communication.

Lead cross-functional teams, providing coaching and technical guidance.

Bridge business requirements with technology solutions to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements15+ years of experience in Finance Process & Technology.

Strong end-to-end knowledge of Invoice-to-Pay processes, including:invoice processing, approval workflows, exception handling, vendor management, payment processes.

Hands-on experience with:

SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM),Intelligent Capture, SAP Concur.

Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes.

Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Experience managing multiple projects or transformation portfolios.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working within international, matrix organisations.

Fluent English.
